You have really low ranks and with getting Government colleges is out of the scenario. There are very less possibilities for you to get Private colleges normal seats but there can be chances of getting a Manegement quota seat:

Generally the third round or the last round is known as mop up round. Which is conducted to fill up the vaccant seats available after the second round of councelling. To my knowledge,  each and every state have different cut-off criteria for this round and that could be tentatively

to get into any BAMS medical college you atleast need to score a minimum marks of 420 or above that.
