Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category,

Based on previous year cut off, you can get the following colleges through all India AYUSH counselling -

144 marks in NEET is too low to get admission in BAMS.

Though you qualify 40% marks in 12th but for admission in BAMS college you need to score more.

Yes you are eligible for bams admission in management quota with the score of 149 bcoz the eligibility criteria for getting admission through neet is qualifying the neet and the qualifying mark for neet 2020 is 147 for general category..
