The above score isn't enough to get admission via All India Quota Seats & State quota seats for MBBS & BDS programs to the government colleges. But you can try getting into some of the deemed private institutions. You can check the cutoffs for the colleges in Maharashtra

With a score of 95, your sister didn't qualify NEET. In order to get admission in BAMS or BHMS, the least requirement is to qualify the cut off marks which is 40th percentile for OBC Students.
