According to your marks and mentioned category, based on previous years cutoff, you won't be able to get bds, Bhms and bams seat in government medical colleges under all India qouta and state qouta.
This is not sure as cutoffs vary every year depending upon factors like difficulty

Cut off is very high this year.
General category candidate should atleast score 500 to get seat in BAMS in private college.

As per your query, with 373 marks in NEET 2020, you can expect a Govt. College for BAMS through State Counselling under SC Category. The cut off varies around 360+ for State Quota Seats.
The cut off for AIQ counselling goes around 400+ for SC category for Govt.
The thing you are talking about is probably a brigde course which might be offered after completion of BDS/BAMS/BHMS. This is not official yet, at the government's decision is still pending in order to weigh pros and cons.
