does bit Bangalore takes open school like jharkhand state open school?

Rashi Shukla 28th Dec, 2019
Hey!!

I would like to tell you that the jharkhand state open school is valid to apply for BIT Bangalore undergraduate admission courses. As this was formed with the aim to provide education through distance learning programme for those who are not able to attend school due to any reason. And it is recognized under the govt. of Jharkhand and it's degree is accepted by the MHORD.

Hope this helps...

I got Bangalore institute of technology for MCA (general entry) how is College and placement and my PUC only 53%

Yash Dev Student Expert 8th Sep, 2019
Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT) witnesses about 70-80% placements with reputed companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T, Bosch coming in for campus placements. Google drops in and picks up a couple of lucky chaps from here as well. The average salary is a mediocre Rs. 3.5L per year and the highest goes to around Rs. 9L per annum, a phenomenon observed only a few selected colleges.Bangalore Institute of Technology is an engineering college offering undergraduate and graduate engineering courses, affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum located in Bangalore. The institution came into being in August, 1979 under the auspices of Vokkaligara Sangha, Bengaluru

Feel free to comment if you have any doubt

Which is better in terms of placement? 1.ECE in BMSCE 2.CSE in BIT Bangalore #kcet

vikashkr894_9303636 Student Expert 17th Jul, 2019

Placement season starts in July end in BMSCE. Most of the companies offer job profile related to computer science like IT software engineer, Java developer, Solutions architect, software developer, data scientist etc . ECE students are also allowed to sit for most of the companies that come for CSE and ISE. ECE students should study computer science subjects like DBMS,OS and practice data structures and algorithms and should be able to code in atleast one language. Only then, there will be a chance to get placed in a company with 10+ package whose job profile is IT related.

In BIT, the best placements(number of offers and salary wise) happen for the CS Dept. IS, comes a close second.

The placements were good, if not best. Around 40 odd companies might have visited. With an aggregate of 70% plus(provided you’re in CS or IS), you would be able to attend every company that comes to the college.

A few companies also come for internship. Keep a look out for those too.

Adobe(where I’m currently working now), SAP, Robert Bosch, Sprinklr, Oracle, etc are few of the companies that visited. The largest recruiter was Accenture, selecting 250 odd students. Infosys, Wipro, IBM, etc companies have also taken many students.

The highest salary offered was by LinkedIn, 11lakhs, for a testing job. Though no one got selected. A handful of companies come offering salaries above 8lakhs.

ym.matlani_6504227 Student Expert 22nd Jul, 2019

dear candidate,

Bangalore institute of Technology is under VTU whereas Dayanand sagar is autonomous.  There are pros and cons of each college. In terms of placements, both are almost similar.
Dayanand sagar has a good Campus. If you want a good college life take Dayanand sagar if you just need a good college for your career then take BIT.

In bit Bangalore admission(comedk)what it means- Undertaking form in Rs. 100/- bond paper by both student & parent/guardian signed by notary

Nil Choudhury Student Expert 18th Jul, 2019

Dear aspirant,

This is basically and agreement paper type thing that you have to get printed on RS 100 stamp paper from the notary public that is available either in campus(maybe) or from the local court. You will find NOTARY public booth set up near every court, the form's content must be typed on the paper and should be signed by both STUDENT AND PARENT. This agreement ensures that you do not break the college rules like staging a protest unnecessarily or harming an indivudial mentally or physically.

See there's nothing to worry about, it is for your safety and other students safety so that no one will cause any damage to you
