bank
To the best of my knowledge it should not interfere in your counselling because it will only be required if you withdraw from josaa counselling and ask for refund otherwise it should not hamper in your counselling and seat allotment process but I would advice you to contact josaa regarding the issue and get it rectified as they can rectify it for you or suggest some alternative for it so contact them as soon as possible

You can use any of the bank books, there are no such specifics regarding. If you don't have a passbook then you can use your parents. If you have one you can use yours. Its not necessary that you have to use specifically yours or your parents. JOSAA have no such rules, so you can upload any bank book through which transactions can be i.e., a valid passbook.
