If you are allotted a seat in second phase counselling the seat allotted in first round will gets cancelled automatically and you cannot claim the previous seat allotment. And the tuition fee amount which you have paid will be adjusted to the tuition fee of the institute in which you have secured in second phase counselling. It is advisable to opt the institutes/branches in which you are interested to get admission in second phase counselling by doing so will avoid the disappointment of getting seat in an institute/branch in which you are not interested. Also if you do not get seat in second phase counselling the seat allotted in first phase counselling will be retained.

If you're aiming for top banking organizations such as SBI, IBPS or RRB then majority of the posts for clerk or even PO requires candidates to pass graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, there is no specific aggregate required in this case, only for RBI Assistant or NABARD Grade B Officer require 50% aggregate, in case of RBI Grade B Officer 60% aggregate is required at ug level, there are only limited job profiles based on 12th standard qualification, hence it's important you complete your graduation, after wards you can also appear for UPSC, SSC, state PSCs, Railways etc for graduates job profiles.

Yes, you can get bank jobs even if you have only 48 % in 2nd puc/12th.
This is because,
There's no % barrier in 2nd puc/12th or in your graduation in order to be eligible for bank jobs like clerk , po etc all you need is a bachelor's degree in any discipline to be eligible.

The Aadhar card is for identification.Your photo on aadhar card matters for identification.If there is a spelling mistake in your aadhaar card no need to worry , your documents will be verify at the time of your admission process.
You can carry any one of the documents if you want:Pancard, bank passbook, voter ID, ration card with photograph, SSC class admit card with your photo etc.
