dear mam/sir,now I study m.sc in mathematics at iit delhi in 1st semester course,our class start at 28/september but I joined class very late that is 20/November.currently I didnt understand any of the course . and exam question of iit are why tough so i nervous and want to leave for bank coaching?

Their will nominal fee in any government medical college for any student.
And coming to banks any bank loan is acceptable by the college's.
You need submit the DD in college the other day also their will be flexibility in submission of DD in college.
