Irrespective of private or government MBM Engineering College is better than Aayojan School of Architecture, Jaipur. So admission in MBM Engineering College is preferable for better future. Hello aspirant, for seeking admission in Jamia Milia Islamia in b.tech you have to appear for JEE Mains paper-1. After that a registration form is released by the institute. After filling the online registration form you eligible for the counselling. Then, a merit list is generated by the institute. In this institute there are some reservations for general, muslims, muslim obc/st, muslim women, jamia internal and PWD.

If you are asking about IITs and NITs, the admission procedure starts after results of Jee Advanced.
And if you query is regarding other government colleges, then some of them have started admission and rest most of them start after Jee Advanced results as before that most students are unaware of what to do.

OBC-NCL: 1310 to 2408
GEN-EWS: 650 to 805
OPEN: 1802 to 4045
OPEN(PWD): 173

There are many factors a student consider before taking admissions to any college. So , j would suggest you to go for NIT because of some of the basic reasons like NIT has obviously more national importance , it has a much better reputation than JNTU . So , unless you are getting a seat in NIT , don't go for JNTU .
You should go for NITs like NIT rourkela , NIT warangal , NIT surathkal , NIT nagpur etc.
It all depends upon your rank , whuch NIT you are getting with that rank.

Dear aspirant your percentile is very good. The college in Delhi and haryana both are almost of same level. You can choose any one of your choice. But according to me haryana will be better because of the environment there. You would not have any problem in adjusting as you will be far from home
