JEE Mains consists of two papers. First paper consists of Maths,Physics,Chemistry & Second paper is for architecture. If you are intrested in B.Arch paper is not required or your wish if your intrested you can attempt both the papers.

yes, you have nice chances of getting a NIT. you can get the branch you want at NITs . 

With 94 percentile in JEE, there is very very less chance of you getting NITs. But Your NATA score is superb that you can get a better college if you have a better cut-off. It can be calculated as (10+2 Result Percentage)×2 + (NATA Score ) out of for a total 400. If your cut-off is greater than 300, you can even get government colleges if any in your state.

Hope you are talking about jamia milia islamia and jamia hamdard college , correct me if i am wrong 80.98 percentile will definetly fetch you a descent rank and yes definitely you will get assured seat inboth universities. since you are a muslim so you will get a quota too which will hepls you a lot. . So don't missout the registration process. Do participate in the counselling. For jamia hamdard you can contact management too .

Considering your marks and category  there is a fair chance that you can get into b.arch by 2nd round of counselling else last round is all yours. So don't missout the registration process. Do participate in the counselling. I hope this helps.
