As per your rank it is not possible to seek admission in any of the government colleges for pursuing architecture . The seats are few for architecture thus the cut offs are comparatively higher than that of btech. You may check the link for more clarification

Firstly I would like to tell you that for engineering colleges don't check biology. But if you go for other courses which require biologogy they will check your PCB score.

It makes it tough for you to get admission in any architecture college until and unless you belong to special quota. Residing in state of Gujarat may also give you some benefits. It all depends upon your luck now.
