You need to register for JOSAA counseling to get admission in NITs or IIITs , the counseling procedure will start after the declaration of jee advance results. However getting seat in government colleges would be difficult with this score if you belong to general category.

Given that your General Category rank is 20817, I am sorry to say but it won't be sufficient to get admission into any NIT, GFTI or SPA since almost all of them closes at about 3,000-4,000 for General Category.
