Given that your General Category rank is 20817, I am sorry to say but it won't be sufficient to get admission into any NIT, GFTI or SPA since almost all of them closes at about 3,000-4,000 for General Category.

Hiiii dear!!!! Not all the NITs offer B.Arch courses but some do. Below I have listed the best of those NITs. 

• Malviya NIT, Jaipur. Annual salary package- 8lakh per annum.

• NIT Hamirpur. Salary- 5lakh per annum.

• NIT Kozhikode. Salary- 5 lakh per annum.
• NIT Patna. Salary- 7 lakh per annum.

Last year closing rank was about 1274 so there is not chances of you to get yourself a seat at that college. However if you belong to privilege sections then you can expect a seat otherwise not. Its a good college for planning and architecture and requires top ranking students.
