No, if you are a general category student, you can not get B.Arch in SPA Delhi as the cutoff for this college for general students lie between 1 and 900 at max. At your rank, you will probably get a handful of private colleges, not SPA Delhi. Start applying for

Last year closing rank was about 1274 so there is not chances of you to get yourself a seat at that college. However if you belong to privilege sections then you can expect a seat otherwise not. Its a good college for planning and architecture and requires top ranking students.
Last year's closing rank for bachelor's of architecture for the college of Vijayawada, the rank of closing was about 1275. Since you scored around that so you certainly hold the opportunity to seek admission into it. You Will definitely get a seat and branch choice as well. All the luck
