Yes, first of all congratulations for getting a seat at MANIT Bhopal. You can certainly report to any of the NITs/ IIITs or GFTIs for the counselling process. You need to report to MANIT only after the completion of all the seven rounds of counselling for final admission.
The cutoff for NIT goes from 1000-3000 in general category.

Colleges that take admissions purely based on JEE Mains Paper 2 score are very few. And they require a score more than 280.
You can apply for private universities like,
LPU, Phagwara,
Amity University, Greater Noida, etc with the JEE Mains Paper 2 score.
