Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of JEE MAINS PAPER2,you seems to have less chance of getting any NITs or SPAs.Rank should be under 3k with OBC quota for government colleges.You may get NIT HAMIRPUR with HS QUOTA AND OBC quota otherwise not.Visit below mention link to know previous year cuttoff of JEE MAINS PAPER2:
