Hello Pratyush, Yes, you can get RV college easily, 128 in this year's COMEDK is very good. This years paper was tough so you might get rank around 1000. though getting CS and ISE might be tough, you can easily get other branches like ECE, Mech, Chemical, Civil, etc. But

So whether you get admission to a college will mostly depend on your reservation benefits since we can't assure it with a rank below 8000. If you belong to the general category then I dont think you would get admission in the top notch colleges .

You need less than 1000 rank in order to get seats in NITs/GFTIs .The cut off the colleges are too high.
