I am from karnataka and my rank in paper 2 is 12940. Please tell me which collage may I get

So whether you get admission to a college will mostly depend on your reservation benefits since we can't assure it with a rank below 8000. If you belong to the general category then I dont think you would get admission in the top notch colleges .
