But present scenario btech has large scope compared to barch in India or in abroad.

The fee is depends on the Institute which you have selected. Normally b. arch has 30000 and b. tech has 60000.

When compared Engineers, architectures receive salary is 30% lower for freshers.

The cutoff for B.Arch courses is about 50% of the total marks. Above 70% and you can get a seat in one of the finest institutions in India offering B.Arch. For B.Arch at IITs the admission is based on JEE Advanced

Dear Aspirant, the minimum cut off qualifying percentage for the nata examination is 50%.

So please try to find colleges with this result and otherwise try your best to make more marks.

Yes, you can get a good government college as for qualifying in NATA, a candidate must secure 25% marks in Part-A and 25% marks in Part -B and you have scored such a good marks.  Your admission for any college through JEE percentile will depend on the counselling
