With a percentile of 40% in JEE Mains paper 2, I'm afraid you won't be able to get admission into any of the NITs or SPAs.
However, you can try for other institutes while have their own entrance exams or NATA 2019.
I prefer you to appear NATA

you may get into NIT.As you are OBC candidate there are chances you might get into the NITS.

To get an B.Arch admission in any Architecture college not the board percentile you also have to appear for the NATA and qualify in it with the minimum marks. Then you will be given admission for B.Arch in any colleges.

Hi Indusri, hope you are doing well, you got very good marks in board but your marks in mains is not sufficient enough to get you into iits and nits. I suggest you go with some private colleges like lpu which are good in both placements as well as academics

First of all stop freaking out, 77.5 percentile is an impressive score in paper 2, Congrats on that note. With an obc rank 17850 and 77.5 percentile you might probably have chance to get into the NIT'S, so stop being tensed.
