I assume that you have scored 86th percentile in B.Arch Paper. If that is the case, then olleges that take admissions purely based on JEE Mains Paper 2 score are very few. And they require a score more than 280 or a rank below 1000.

I quite don't undertand what do you mean by linking your b arch percentile to civil engineering , what is the connection between two. Or do you mean that can you get civil from b arch percentile. Answer is strict no. 

But yes if you get enough percentile like 99,99.99,98
