Nata has criteria of passing the 12th examination getting 50% in your examination in any of the stream (Science/commerce) with maths as one of the subject.
Your score is higher than the asked percentage. So yes you can get admission in b.arch college through nata. Attend the counselling

Your jee percentile is too low.To secure seat in NITs or SPAs your percentile should be at least 98 under general category as there are very less seat in B.Arch or in B.Planning.Look for other engineering entrance examination.
