What do you mean by 50% in maths, physics and chemistry Is it 50% of overall marks of 11th+12th including practicals?
Answer (1)
50% marks means an aggregate of 50% in physics Maths and chemistry combined. Only 12th board exam marks are considered, both practical and theory. 11th standard marks are not taken into consideration (unless the board is a state board like Tamil Nadu state board or Kerala state board).
Good luck.

Ma'am I studied in telangana board of education.....do they include 11th or only 12th?
11th standard meaning first year marks are included as well as 12th marks.
11th standard : theory (470)+practical (30)
12th standard : theory (470)+practical (30)
Total marks is 1000.
11th standard : theory (470)+practical (30)
12th standard : theory (470)+practical (30)
Total marks is 1000.
So Ma'am(@sujatatripathi), minimum 50% aggregate of maths physics and chemistry in 11th and 12th is 300marks for Barch.I.e. 1st ( 270M ) + 2nd(270M) +practicals (60M)= 600M so 50%=300M And minimum 50% aggregate in intermediate is 500marks for Barch.I.e. 1st (470M) + 2nd( 470M) + practicals (60M)=1000 so 50%= 500MI believe I'm right, if so I'm wrong pls do correct me.
I am feeling well to read this .It is satisfactory.
Thankyou very much.....
