Cut-off for joining B.Arch in School of Architecture and Planning varies with year. The students applying for B.Arch should appear for the NATA Exam (National Aptitude Test for Architecture ). The total marks of twelfth will be considered for the cut-off calculation ( not MPC marks )
Don't worry the best one will be taken for the admission your college. If you have got more in the second paper then that percentile will be taken and you will get a good college. Moreover there is no cut off for jee mains paper 2 for admission in b.

There is another exam in JEE series in order for you to get admission for B.Arch and its JEE Advanced AAT. The registration for this starts on May 14 and will end on May 15 itself. And the exam date is June 17.

There is no problem if you selected BTech for paper 1 and B.arch for paper 2 as your both paper score are valid and according to your choice either you can go for BTech or B.Arch and also your rank will be decided on the single paper results

You haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.

Really sorry to inform but you have not cleared jee mains exam 2. Thus you are not eligible for any college for architecture listed under josaa. Also your nata square is a bit less. So it's difficult to check colleges for you which will accept at this rank.
