For B.arch the eligibility criteria set is 50% individually in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
Also the student must get 50% aggregate in +2. You are eligible for getting admission in any college overall India as per your 12th marks.

Its will hard to predict the rank but you will score less marks.At this marks you will not get seat in NITs because B.Arch have less seat.

Your percentile score is close too closing cuttoff of NITs.For NITs you need at least 98 under general category as seats in NITs or in SPAs is low only 2k seats are available in NITs for B.Arch program.But you have chance,for sureity wait till NTA announce rank.
