Well you know every year the mark trend keep on changing , so it is really hard to say that how much mark will be enough for a candidate to get him into good nit. If i consider previous year ranks and trends then according to it i can say

to get admission in any NIt,you will have to score more than 98 percentile according to bexperts.

so at this score it will be very difficult to get admission in NITs.

Mechatronics engineering and architecture are totally different things,

Mechatronics : it's a combination of electronics and mechanical engineering.

Architecture : here you design and construct building.

It's hard to tell which one is better they both are unique in their own way, it totally comes down to your interests.

Hello Akanksha, the eligibility for addmision in B. Arch through JEE main paper 2 depends on the cutoff of JEE main paper 2. If your score in JEE main paper 2 crosses the minimum cutoff, you are definitely eligible for addmision in B. Arch else you are not.
