the eligibility criteria clearly states that the candidate has to just clear JEE main paper 2 that is b.arch paper to go for further studies in NIT'S.
To study B.arch in IIT'S candidate has to give JEE advance and after clearing that candidate has to appear for AAT

See, to be frank, if u are from GENERAL CATEGORY 210 marks are highly insufficient to get even into an average college, and if you are from RESERVED CATEGORY then there are again a very few chances with the given score.

Birla institutes of technology meshra take students for Barch program based on score in jee mains paper 2 only. It does not accept NATA score. And closing rank for this college is below 5000. Since your score is far away you have low chances for getting there.

Very few colleges consider JEE Mains Paper 2 score for admissions into B.Arch. Thus the competition is too high. And a score of 280 and above is required. In this case, excluding drawing 160 score is an average score. You can apply for private institutes like LPU, Amity
