As per your score in jee mains paper2 it is difficult to get NIT but if you belong to home state quota for respective quota then you may get that NIT respectively. You can check cutoff rank from following link :

Yes in jee mains these two papers are different. Paper 1 is for betch and paper 2 for barch.In paper 1  there is pcm and in paper 2 there math,aptitude and drawing.You can check the syllabus for these two different papers in official website of jee main.

most of the colleges publish the closing rank of any particular stream.  and every year cutoff changes so it is really difficult to predict percentile base cutoff. however after researching previous years score you need to have 250+ in barch entrance to get admission in jamia milia islamia.
