Hello Shreya! Yes it is important to upload jee mains and advanced marks on IISc website if you are applying on basis of jee mains or advanced marks. If you are applying through Kvpy then its not necessary. It takes admission on basis of following exams.

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of NITs,you seems to have less chance of getting NITs with other state quota.If you comes under home state quota of either HAMIRPUR or RAIPUR then you have chance of getting these two NITs.Otherwise you have less chance.I am providing you
