If you choose both B.Tech and B.Arch during application form, you have to appear for two exams.
For B.Tech - Subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Pattern: 50 objective type questions each of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a total of 150 questions.
For B.Arch - Subjects: Aptitude Test

NO, it is not necessary to give NATA exam for admission in B.arch college in India. The other entrance exam that you can give for getting admission in B.arch college in india is JEE main paper 2(B.arch). But my suggestion is try to attempt both the paper,

Well, there is this one exam AAT (Architecture Aptitude test). AAT is an architecture entrance exam for admission into IITs (5 years undergraduate B.Arch Course).
JEE Advanced AAT 2019 - IIT Roorkee will start the registrations for JEE Advanced AAT

Each question carries two marks. There is no negative marking. Answers are to be marked using blue / black ball point only on the OMR answer sheet.

The TNEA counselling is for B.Arch too. The eliglbility for B. Arch is that the candidate should have passed the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) with a score of 80/200 with the minimum HSC pass percentage, to apply for TNEA counselling.
