I think marks above 200 would be suffice to get good NITs' like jaipur, nagpur,bhopal and SPA vijaywada for architecture.Marks above 280 would get you SPA bhopal , NIT calicut, NIT Trichy. But 300+ scorer would certainly get SPA delhi - one of the best institutes for architecture
Sachin i would like to tell you that to get a NIT college for B. Arch and B. Tech degree you need to appear for jee mains exam .There if your rank is under 1000 - 6000 approximately then there are chances to get NIT they need more than 75%
