Yeah in future you have lot scope in this while you will have lot many opportunities and you learn many building creating things apart from this you can form your own firm as well

Yes, you can definitely appear for UPSC exam if you meant UPSC CSE exam as it has only one requirement regarding educational qualifications and that is graduation in any subject from a recognized college/university.
