As you mentioned after giving B.arch with atleast 50% you need to complete M.arch  where major topics will include policy analysis, environmental law, urban transportation and building codes. In addition, some programs allow students to choose concentrations, like environmental planning, community development or housing and real estate. with that

It will be consist of three sections

Mathematics, General Aptitude, and Drawing skills: Maths and Aptitude will be objective type while drawing section will have questions to test the drawing and sketching skills and For marking scheme, 4 marks will be awarded for every correct response; for the incorrect response,

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) is a five years undergraduate program which can be started after 10+2 with minimum 50% marks.
