If you want to do an Arch. course from IIT KGP or IIT Roorkee, only then you have to clear JEE Main Paper 1 & 2 and then JEE Adv. Then there will be an Architecture Aptitude Test which is required for admission into IIT Arch. program.

to get admission into IIT for architecture course you need to first appear for JEE advanced and once you clear JEE advanced you need to register for architecture aptitude test and once you appear for it and you qualify it then only you can take admission into it. The cutoffs

As you mentioned after giving B.arch with atleast 50% you need to complete M.arch  where major topics will include policy analysis, environmental law, urban transportation and building codes. In addition, some programs allow students to choose concentrations, like environmental planning, community development or housing and real estate. with that

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) is a five years undergraduate program which can be started after 10+2 with minimum 50% marks.
