It is mainly required at the time of admission as you have to score more than 60% for admission in any IIT and NIT you must have to show your marksheet at the time of admission and your percentage of 12 is meta at that time.

Its simple, crack the JEE and get into it. your 12th grade marks were also included in addition to the JEE score and based on the average between your marks in 12th grade and JEE score you would admission if your final score made it to the cut.

According to your rank you will not get admission in NIT's and CFTI's colleges of india. But dont get demotivated or lose hope, you can get admission in some private colleges and also if you have given NATA exam you can get admission in IP university depending upon
Your b.arch rank is pretty good which can land you in a good govt. college I suggest you to go for it.
