Yes you can get government college on the basis of your rank for B.Arch in UPSEE. If your number not comes, please go for Sunderdeep College, Ghaziabad as it is one of the topmost college for B.Arch.

It is mainly required at the time of admission as you have to score more than 60% for admission in any IIT and NIT you must have to show your marksheet at the time of admission and your percentage of 12 is meta at that time.
