With 153 marks and 54015 rank in jee main paper 2(b.arch) ,it is difficult to get into NIT s,CFT s,and other planning engineering colleges .However you can try once for JMI,new delhi.

Yes definitely, you are eligible for government B.Arch colleges. Since you have 3221 rank, although you may miss top NITs, you still have chances for Raipur, Patna and Hamirpur NITs.

Well, your CRL Rank is too low that you won't get a seat allocated but YES, on the basis of your Category Rank which is really very Good, you will get a seat. So your category rank would be used for allotment.
