Hi Noushida.

Admission to NITs for BArch, with a rank of 2184, mainly depends on the status of yours wrt the quota you're applyiong. If you're in HS quota, you may get NIT Rourkela, Hamirpur etc... But, in the case os OS quota, you may not get any. PLease check the cutoff here.
