U hv to first clear JEE Mains and then JEE Advanced and then if u r eligible to sit for AAT, u hv to clear that entrance exam and then u can get B.Arch in IIT. Architecture Aptitude Test.
Yes u can try for govt colleges like iit kharagpur.but allotments will depend on availability

Considering the previous year closing rank, it is very difficult to get admission in Government Institutes with your rank. Do try for any other private Institutes.

Hey! Hi.
You have to get a minimum score of 240 in JEE MAIN PAPER 2 to get Architecture or Planning at NIT's, SPA's and GFTI's. Cutoff rank goes up to 5000 for General Category.
