I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for any of the JEE colleges as you have not reached the eligibilty criteria of JEE mains. The eligibility criteria for these paper are 75% in 12th class andyou have not fulfilled it therefore you are not eligible
After attent the counselling they will verification your documents and and the alloted you a seat based on your rank. even you can go with there link for more information in that admission cast also matter a lot. the simple way is to attent the counselling that's it.
