yeah you can be easily placed in govt sectors but i would like to say you should have very good knowledge as well and you can also get into foroums to get work experience as well but i would like to say you have very good scope in Barch

i might not promise that you'd get a good college for BE/BTech with this rank and if you do what branch you'd get as there is even a huge rush in the field. but with 21K rank, you might get a good college in BArch/BPlanning.

Sorry to say with these marks you will not get admission in NIT's and CFTI'S colleges for b.arch but you can get admission in some private college if you really interested to do barch and want to be an architect then go for it. Hope this help you,
