According, to previous year cut off you should score more then 230 marks in your JEE Main paper 2 to get admission in NITs.
For IITs you have to appear in JEE Main paper 1 to qualify for JEE Advanced then you have to appear for AAT entrance

According, to previous year cut off you should have more then 220 marks in your exam based on your category to get admission in NITs.

You should score more than 220 in JEE Mains paper-2, to get a seat in NIT.
