Hi, KCET is for engineering courses. For B.Sc its mostly through the college. Contact the nearest college for the admission modalities and they should help. For engineering, you wont come under the local as you need 7 years of study but the central Govt guidelines may apply. See the eligibility

There is no official cutoff in terms of score/ranks released by COA for NATA. However, you will be considered qualified in NATA 2018 and eligible for admission only if you meet the following criteria: 

You need to secure at least 30 out of 120 or minimum 25% marks

In order to be eligible for B.Arch courses you should have mathematics as compulsory subject and you should have score 50% minimum marks in your 12th class.

The admissions in JMI in B.Arch program are done through Jee Main paper 2 and the seats for admission to B.Tech. and B.Arch. programmes at JMI will be allotted according to the prescribed JMI’s Admission procedure, Seat Reservation and Merit solely determined by the score in JEE Main 2018 Paper-1
