For admission to B.Arch programmes in WBJEE participating institutes, you need to take either JEE Main Paper II or NATA. B.Arch admissions in West Bengal do not happen through WBJEE. This means if you want admission in B.Arch in WBJEE participating institutes, then you should not write WBJEE.
Actually for such designing, M.Des course is a better one. You could study B.Arch but it mostly will be about building, construction. IIT BBy has a vehicle and mobility specialization in its M.Des programme. That can be a better add on to your graduation. Mind you you will have to
