Generally all the colleges accept NATA score for admission in barch program.  Only NITs and SPAs accepts jee mains paper2 score. As per your rank of 3500 in general category,  you can get any SPAs , so go for counselling.

• Mathematics-30(out of  120)
• Drawing-20(out of 80)
• Aggregate-70

Now based upon the marks you havce scored you have quaified NATA.But your marks are quite less to get admission in the top insitutes accepting NATA score.There is no

With this rank you don't have much chances of getting B.arch in Jadavpur University. Last year for OBC the Cutoff was around 9000 and your rank is 16000. So there is no chance of getting a seat in jadavpur university. Better you can try in some other colleges.
