One of the top universities providing bba/bca degrees is Christ University. The campus environment is lovely, with vegetation all around. On the other hand, you won't have any flexibility to do anything at this college because of its stringent standards.
Christ University emphasises bookish knowledge over certain sometimes-boring intriguing facts when it comes to academics. However, it is also located in Delhi, so you won't have any trouble finding jobs or other chances.
