after entrance exam of nift, bdes students have to give situation test then what about bftech students after entrance exam for admission ?

Hello student Yes candidates who appeared for B.design entrance examination have to go through situation test after the result announced but there's no further test/examination for B.ftech course candidate will now have to join counselling and the admissions will on rank/cutoff respectively.

The age criteria for B.DEs NIFT are as follows:

Candidates should be of 23 years of age as on October 1, 2019. However, there is an age relaxation of five years for those belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Person With Disability (PHP) .

As a general category, Delhi region candidate, is it possible to secure admission in BDes at DTU with a score of 130 for year 2020-21in UCEED2020? DTU has 85% reservations for Delhi region and 60 seats. What was the last years UCEED Score cutoff for this category please?

future can be predicted but can't be said accurately. Score cutoff changes every year  and it may or may not be 130 as it depends on lot of factors like how many candidates appear,difficulty of paper , average performance of candidates and many more.

Hello student there's no option left now as you've make the mistake yourself by applying for b.ftech instead of B.design.

As this year exams has already passed you need to appear in next year nift entrance examination and make sure you won't make any mistake.

Hello Vicky,

The courses offered by National Institute of Fashion Technology are-

  • Bachelor of Design( B Des)
  • Bachelor of Fashion Technology (B.F Tech)

Yes NIFT, Delhi accepts BDes course. You have to appear for NIFT exam and the total fees is 9.76 lakhs for 4 years.
