You have not mentioned here which B.Des entrance exam you are talking about. Recently NIFT has declared its results for BFTech, MFTech & MFM but not B.Des & M.Des yet. It will be declared soon.

Also on 1st March, IIT Bombay declared UCEED 2019 results.

You can check all of these results on their respective official websites.

The exact date has not been given by the authorities by it is mentioned on the website that the result will be declared in due course for B.Des and M.Des. 
You need to be patient and wait for the announcement of result. It is expected that the result would be out in a couple of days.
Once the result is out, we will surely update it on our site. Please be patient

The NIFT result for B.Des is not declared yet. Only the result for B.FTech, M.FTech and MFT has been released. The result for B.Des and M.Des would be released soon within a week or so. You are requested to be patient and wait for the result to be announced.
