Yes , you can appear for NEET Ug while studying BDS and once if you will score as you have expected to get admission in any college according to your choice then you can also drop BDS , by verifying some rules and regulation of your college
Sorry to say but there is no lateral entry in MBBS after BDS . You have to appear again for the NEET entrance exam to get admission in any MBbs college . So I will suggest you to work hard to get admission in MBBS college .
