Since you have not mentioned your category, assuming that you from general category, for state quota seats(MBBS) in Tamil Nadu you may have chances for the following colleges -

Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital, Perambalur
IRT Perundurai Medical College, Perundurai
Karpaga Vinayaka Institute of Medical Sciences, Kancheepuram
Karpagam Faculty of Medical Sciences and Research, Coimbatore
KMCH Institute of Health Sciences and Research, Coimbatore
Madha Medical College and Hospital, Chennai
Sree Moogambigai Institute of Medical Sciences, Kanyakumari

You also have chances in other government colleges for state quota seats for MBBS.
