Yes you can leave BDS seat after one year but only when you got selected for MBBS from a government college and not from private college. If you takr admission in a private college, you need to pay your all semester fee then you may leave the college

Since the course curriculum is decided and set up in a manner that the first year of other medical courses like bsc nursing, BDS, bams, BHMS is same as the ist year of MBBS course..

You have scored good in neet 2019 but it is not enough for having a mbbs or bds government seat in all India quota.
You can try in your state quota for mbbs or bds chances are less but you should try.
Otherwise you can have private mbbs
