Can I apply for up mbbs 2019 for taking admission in mbbs or bds?Bt my category is low.That is 141061.I belongs to sc category.

Yes, if you have obtained the minimum qualifying marks you can surely take admission in MBBS/BDS. The category does not matter. Even if you belong to SC Category, you can apply for admission. However, looking at your rank it might be difficult to get a seat in a Government College. Hence, I would recommend you to try for other branches of medical.
